Our 2024 Sustainability Report: a voluntary commitment to create value across the supply chain

For 2024 as well, we have chosen to prepare the Sustainability Report voluntarily, not only as a communication tool, but as support for strategy and continuous improvement.

The document follows the European standards for SMEs (EFRAG VSME ESRS) and applies the principle of double materiality, assessing relevant topics both in terms of their environmental and social impacts and their potential financial effects.

We developed the analysis by listening to and engaging the main stakeholders across the upstream and downstream supply chain (farms, hauliers, suppliers of technical equipment and packaging, processing industry and large-scale retail).

Among the distinctive elements: traceability and controlled supply chain with suppliers certified GLOBALG.A.P. and GRASP and Chain of Custody certification; renewable energy through photovoltaic systems, which in 2024 covered 35% of energy needs; and a structured focus on social issues within the supply chain (in 2024, 86% of purchased volumes came from GLOBALG.A.P. certified suppliers with GRASP).

Fellini Patrizio srl’s Sustainability Report is not just a reporting document, but a tool to monitor performance, define strategies, and strengthen stakeholder trust, positioning the company as responsible and innovative.

Structure and purpose.

The report is divided into three dimensions:

  • Qualitativa: analizza aspetti ambientali, sociali e di governance.
  • Quantitativa: presenta dati misurabili sull’impatto delle azioni intraprese.
  • Comparativa: permette il confronto con benchmark di settore.
Inclusion and transparency.

Stakeholder interni ed esterni sono stati coinvolti attraverso consultazioni e questionari, includendo fornitori, clienti, dipendenti e istituzioni finanziarie, per una visione completa e condivisa degli impatti aziendali.

A strategic project.

The report, prepared on a single basis for greater clarity, also follows the GRI 13 standard for the agricultural sector. It is part of a project launched in 2024 to strengthen governance, compliance, and competitiveness, with the support of external experts.

The Sustainability Report of Fellini Patrizio srl is not just an accountability document, but a means to monitor performance, define strategies, and strengthen stakeholder trust, positioning the company as responsible and innovative.
